Nepalese Samaya Baji

A ritual set of five dishes representing Newari culture,This is a Typical newari food of Nepal called Samaya Baji. It consists of several food items representing good luck,prosperity,health and longevity.
This food is especially prepared on the the occasion of cultural programme like Vooj,Dashain on Nepal. It includes two types ofBhatmaas,buff,Chickhen fillets with special masala powders, traditional roties,chatamari,Ow baras,some local candy,chiura and Curd.
Chatamari is a special Newari food.It is a kind of rice crepe. Chatamari is a round bread  made of rice flour,sometimes toppped with eggs. Chatamari is called Nepali Pizza. This is main part of Samayabaji set.
