tet holiday in Vietnam

Hi guys  ,Today I would like to  introduce  dishes of New Year's Day in Vietnam to everyone

1. Stewed fat prok with caramel : This is traditional delicacies and indispensable in Vietnamese Tet . Moreover , it represents the gather together and good luck


 
2. Chung cake and Day cake : Vietnamese always buy these cake for Tet holiday , It is traditional of Vietnamese . In addition , Day cake also symbolizes Heaven and Chung cake is square that  symbolizes Earth


3 . Xoi : is a very popular dish in the lives of people who share culture rice. The main raw materials are agricultural products such as rice, bean, peanut ...

Sticky rice is usually served hot, cooked rice from being crushed pineapple plastic is standard. During the holidays, people use most favorite beet dishes away. According to the culture of Asian countries in general red brings good luck, prosperity sand. When the map away and cooked beet will produce a naturally beautiful red eyes. The Vietnam that away from red beet will get them into the best of luck in the New Year.
4. Gio Lua : Known as a popular dish has just luxurious silk pie is a dish frequently appeared in the meals of the people of Vietnam.

Cha lua are made from ingredients are crushed lean sirloin combined with fish sauce then wrapped in banana leaves and boiled to ripe .
5.Spring rolls : that you can dipped in sweet and sour sauce is a delicious dish
Making spring rolls are not difficult, the indispensable ingredients are minced pork, chicken eggs or duck eggs, a few root vegetables such as turnips, carrots ... with vermicelli, wood ear ... with little seasoning mix and cover rice paper ouside and fried untill its colour become yellow .
